Refund policy

At The Box of Life, your happiness is our top priority. If there's an issue with your order, email us at compost@theboxoflife.com and we'll fix it right away.

We offer returns within 30 days of receiving the products, please ensure the product is in its original packaging and condition. We will deduct the cost of shipping from your refund. There is no refund or returns on composting earthworms.

To start a return, contact us at compost@theboxoflife.com with your order number and details. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days.

Please note, return shipping costs and duties are your responsibility. We can provide a prepaid label and deduct the fees from your refund.
